10 Days to Drop the Water Weight

So you’re feeling frustrated because you cannot lose any weight even though you are doing EVERYTHING right– eating healthy and the right amount of calories for your body, working out every day, getting enough sleep, keeping your sodium intake low and drinking enough water. Believe me, I’ve been there. Sometime our bodies just need a break from what we’re doing, even if its healthy eating, and need some time to detox in a natural HEALTHY way.
